“Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come. Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.” -1 Corinthians 10:11, 12
All have been infected with it
Romans 5:12; Romans 3:23
Sin is underestimated when:
1.The sacrifice is ignored
2.Confession is not immediate
3.Repentance does not occur
- Proverbs 28:13
- Evidenced by fruit – Matthew 3:8
4.Refuse to be delivered from bondage
- Romans 6:6-13, 16
- Before sin can have power over a believer it must first pass through his will
5.Overconfident in our own strength
- 1 Corinthians 10:11-13
